EU NETWORKS
Partnering with other agile logistics operators across Europe allows us
to move freight efficiently and directly for our customers. Pooling
knowledge and resources helps us all address our green responsibilities
and benefit from cost reductions through efficiency savings.Through partnership we maximise fleet efficiency whilst minimising environmental impact. Freight is moved efficiently and directly to the area of its ultimate destination, eliminating multiple handling and wasted miles that occur when operating in a traditional hub and spoke style. This allows for shorter lead times and later cut-offs, with the security of a system utilising a trusted closed network of privately owned operators.
Knights of Old Group are members of the Astré
and LogCoop EU networks. Astré delivers +36,000 pallets daily from
Portugal to Lithuania via 161 partners who have all signed an
environmental charter. With 215 members, LogCoop has 1.5m loading metres
available daily across Europe.
